Vision2Success Leaders Workshop

Leadership teams have the responsibility of setting the tone for the entire organization. How leaders live the company's vision, values and goals has a dynamic effect on everyone's success. This 2-day Workshop is designed to help leadership teams create common language, rules of engagement, shared vision, core values, appropriate goals, success measures and accountability practices. Concurrently, participants will explore behaviors and skills for living the values and communicating the vision to create greater clarity and followership.
Vision2Success Managers Workshop
Duration: 1 Day
Managers are responsible for supporting core values, communicating a shared vision and executing key goals. Greater results are achieved when focus is also paid to the development of each individual team member. The one-day Managers Workshop designed as either a follow-on to the Leaders Workshop or a managment development tool. Participants explore effective strategies for supporting a shared vision, creating inspirational initiatives, clarifying roles/responsibilities and setting accountability and success measures. Concurrently, they look at individual team member development through Supportive Accountibility designed to encourage people to ahieve thier personal best while contributing to organizational success.
Building High-Performace Sales Teams
Duration: 1 Day
Explore the stages of team development and the most frequent roadblocks to team success. Apply a team strategy to the essential practice management elements that leverages strengths and skills to support greater business growth. Demonstrate greater value to your clients through the creation of a high-impact Team Positioning Statement. This workshop is highly interaction and include a participant action plan. Additionally, we recommend internal leadership involvement through conversations with attendees. This is done through individual or small group coaching. Leadership conversation coaching outlines are provided. Facilitator lead virtual coaching sessions are offered after the workshop. These 1-hour calls can be one-on-one or small group sessions with up to 6 participants per call.
Exploring Generational Differences
Establishing relationships with the “next generation” is critical to building and maintaining productive relationships across the organization. Today's leaders and teams need knowledge and techniques at their fingertips for communicating effectively across all ages. This is a hands-on, interactive workshop that will focus on how to bridge the generations to increase productivity, strengthen trust and develop individuals in a productive way. Participants will explore the key differences and similarities in the motivations, style and emotional triggers across each of today’s generations and develop awareness and strategies to better understand, communicate and partner with multiple generations.
