Since our inception, we have been awarded the opportunity to work with some of the finest organizations in the world. As I reflect on our successes I am once again reminded of the lesson I learned when I began my coaching career - "To Coach is to be Humbled". I can personally promise you that I have been humbled many times and learned a great deal from each client experience.
As we consult with, train and coach our clients, we continually learn. We see so clearly our own personal blind spots and how much more effective we could have been when we were on the front line in organizations (and roles) just like yours. We feel so deeply the pressures and time-critical deadlines that business leaders and sales professional faces daily. We connect with all of you who would love to have more time to work on your business and not always be in reaction mode.
