  • Karen is Chief Strategist and Founder at Dynamic Perspectives, LLC, returning to consulting after seven years as VP of Leadership & Talent Development within a mid-size financial services company. Her previous experience includes Executive Director and Master Coach with UBS Global Wealth Management as well as various sales management and senior leadership positions with Bank of America and Morgan Stanley.

    Karen holds an MA in Organizational Communications, is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, is Master Certified in The Leadership Challenge®- A Wiley Brand, and certified in Deep Transformational Coaching. Karen cheerfully embodies life-long learning and growth. Her consulting and executive education client list include First Command Financial Services, Onebridge, MetLife, Precipart, Penn Medicine, Ohio University, PNC Bank, and Franchise Update Media.
