~ that the best work get done when we have the knowledge and skill to match the tasks we undertake. When we’re unsure, asking for help is not a sign of weakness, but a valuable skill in and of itself.

~ that everyone has the right and freedom to decide how their work is done and what works best for them. Let’s create a space where personal choices can be freely communicated and respected.

~ that we should always look to the future with hope. We receive the energy we put out into the universe and anticipating the best outcome is the best way of getting what we need.

~ that all interactions should start from a basis of “How can I support you?” When we come to each other out of service, we can leave everyone with a meaningful positive impact.

~ that taking risks is a necessary part of life. Sometimes you have to step into the unknown, and it’s in that gray area that the living happens.
