Chief Strategy Officer
As a person in constant pursuit of knowledge and personal transformation, Andrew is constantly thinking about who he is, where he wants to go, and how to get there. So, he set out on a journey to learn about behavioral coaching, transactional coaching, transformational coaching, positive psychology, and adult learning theory. Through this journey, he honed skills that have helped him personally grow and learned how to translate these skills to our clients.
Andrew has spent the past several years engrossed in leadership and development research. What he has learned is that the fundamentals of leadership have not changed, but what is changing is organizational culture.
In today’s culture, we recognize that leadership is needed at every level of the organization, not just from the top down. Change happens often times from the bottom up. Organizations are realizing now is the time to empower people on the front lines to make decisions and take chances to generate the innovation that is needed in today’s marketplace. Andrew is happy that he is a part of this revolution; that he stands on the front lines of organizing and delivering the information that is driving success in so many organizations.
Over the past 20+ years, Andrew has had many varied experiences from individual contributor, front line leader, corporate and non-profit leadership, consultancy and research and development. He has earned a number of certifications from leading coaching and development curriculums, including The Leadership Challenge, EQ-i2.0 &EQ 360, Everything DiSC, and Situational Leadership.
Working at Dynamic Perspectives has opened a broader world of experience for Andrew. He began as an assistant to the CEO, an instructional designer and, now wearing all of those hats, focuses on the strategy and development of our organization.
