FOUNDER AND CEO

I am passionate about culture and leadership behavior within organizations. Just like parents set the culture of a family, leaders set the culture within an organization. Our best chance for success exists when leaders are united around a winning strategy and enthusiastic about the behaviors needed to champion success.

Born in the ’50s, schooled in the ’60s and ’70s, and building my career in the ’80s and ’90s, it’s safe to say that I’ve experienced many evolutionary decades.

~ we lead best by treating each other and ourselves with grace, space, and forgiveness.

~ it’s important to reach beyond our intellect and listen carefully to our heart and gut. We should manage our energy, not our time. Find our flow and embrace it.

~ we make the best decisions when we operate from the unbiased truth, release judgment and blame, and own the solution even when we don’t own the problem.

~ we all deserve many chances to try, fail, and improve. Learn from what we call mistakes. Let them fuel our tenacity and curiosity. Try again.
