Those concepts lead her to start every interaction with individuals, teams, and organizations with a series of questions about who they are and where they want to be. With those markers in place, Layla helps clients explore ideas and build systems that honor their leadership identity and organizational culture and place their goals within reach.
As a coach, Layla practices a transformational approach with her clients. She is certified in several Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Development instruments to guide her clients towards reaching their full potential. Layla’s areas of expertise include building emotional intelligence, solving complex leadership issues, managing teams, and leading organizational change.

Before joining Dynamic Perspectives, Layla spent 27 years on active duty with the Air Force, where she retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. She has supervised and mentored large groups of individuals who obtained senior leadership positions, led strategic visioning and planning processes, and worked with numerous international organizations.
When not cheering on the Bengals or camping under the stars, I’m likely hitting the weights, hitting a golf ball, kayaking through peaceful waters, or spending quality time with my family and pets. I’ve mastered the balance of adrenaline-packed adventures with the serenity of nature, all while keeping my loved ones—and my furry companions—right by my side!
